Vegan Waffle 素华夫饼

干材料: 普通面粉两杯,食用泡打粉1 TSP,白芝麻糖和油各少许
湿材料 (Butter Milk): 1杯半杏仁奶,柠檬汁2 TSP,1/3杯温水

**做法**:
把干湿材料混合均匀后倒进华夫饼机器烤熟或用平底锅煎熟。


可直接享用,或加上奶油水果搭配,或作为素披萨基础饼再放进烤炉175度烤10分钟即可。


Dry Ingredients**: 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, a pinch of white sesame sugar and oil


Wet Ingredients (Butter Milk)**: 1.5 cups almond milk, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1/3 cup warm water

**Instructions**:
Mix the dry and wet ingredients evenly, then pour into a waffle maker to cook, or use a skillet to fry.

 

Can be enjoyed directly, or paired with cream and fruits, or used as a base for vegan pizza and baked in the oven at 175 degrees for 10 minutes.

Vegetarian Abalone

Ingredients:

Shiitake mushrooms (flower mushrooms have a more chewy texture), oil, salt, soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce

​Method:

  1. Soak the shiitake mushrooms until soft, wash them clean, boil them, then rinse with cold water and squeeze dry.

  2. Cut a grid pattern on the mushrooms, then use a toothpick to shape them, allowing the mushrooms to slightly arch, resembling shellfish.

  3. Coat each mushroom with tapioca flour, then fry them lightly in oil to set the shape, and remove the toothpicks.

  4. Finally, prepare a sauce and pour it over the mushrooms, stir-frying briefly.

Healthy Snack: Energy Balls

These energy balls are convenient to make and carry, providing you with instant energy and nutrition. They are an excellent choice for office workers, fitness enthusiasts, and children. The United Nations Cereals and Legumes Organization classifies "coconut" as one of the important foods of the future.

Ingredients:
- Dates: 175g
- Traditional oats: 100g
- Cranberries: 30g
- Nuts: 20g
- Chia seeds: 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder: 1/2 tsp
- Salt: 1/4 tsp

Method:
Directly put all the ingredients into a food processor, blend into a ball shape, and it is ready to eat.

Golden Vegetarian Pancakes

Main Ingredients:
- Zucchini
- Carrot
- Tofu
- Flour

 

Toppings:
- Cucumber
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Tomato sauce
- Sesame seeds

Method:
1. Chop the zucchini and carrots. Mash the tofu. Mix the mashed tofu and flour together with the chopped zucchini and carrots. Add the flour gradually until well combined. Season to taste.
   
2. Take a small portion, form it into a ball, and then flatten it slightly. Place it in a flat-bottomed pan. Use oil to cook both sides until golden brown. Cook over low heat and cover the pan. Once both sides are golden, remove from the pan, and serve with the toppings.

This recipe allows for the flexibility to add or reduce the amount of vegetables according to personal preference. There are several variations to try, such as dumplings, buns, meatballs, and more.

Potato Pancake

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes

  • Salt

  • Cinnamon powder

  • Flour

  • Oil

Method:

  1. Grate or thinly slice the potatoes, rinse briefly and drain. Sprinkle a little salt and cinnamon powder, then toss the potatoes to dry them. Sprinkle a little flour on the potatoes and mix well until the potatoes become sticky.

  2. Determine the amount of potatoes for each portion according to personal preference, then flatten each portion at the bottom of a flat pan. Cook both sides with oil over medium-low heat and cover the pan until both sides are golden brown. Serve once done.

Sweet Potato Glutinous Rice Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 400g glutinous rice flour

  • 5g baking powder

  • 420ml almond milk or water

  • A small amount of sweet potato cubes (half-cooked by steaming)

  • A small amount of nuts/sesame seeds (finely chopped)

  • A small amount of brown sugar

Instructions:

  1. Mix the flour and sugar together, then add the remaining ingredients and mix well to form a batter.

  2. Pour the batter into a preheated flat-bottomed pan using a ladle. Fry both sides with a small amount of oil u
